FRIDAY OCTOBER 10TH:
5:00pm
Rehearsal at the Courtyard Gazebo at the American Club

6:00pm
Rehearsal Dinner at Black Wolf Run
* the American Club shuttle service will be provided to and from everyone's rooms

9:00pm
Drinks at the Winery Bar at the American Club
Please join us for a glass of wine to welcome all of our out of town guests before the big day. We feel truly blessed that our closest family and friends will be with us to celebrate!

SATURDAY OCTOBER 11TH:
4:30pm
Wedding Ceremony at the Courtyard Gazebo at the American Club
* if it rains, we will move inside to the Great Bay Ballroom, but fingers crossed we will be able to enjoy a beautiful Fall day

Cocktail Reception to immediately follow at the Courtyard Gazebo at the American Club
* if it rains, we will move inside to the Hall of the Great Lakes

6:15pm - whenever the night ends!
Dinner and dancing in the Great Lakes Ballroom at the American Club

SUNDAY OCTOBER 12TH:
9:30am
Sunday Brunch in the Wisconsin Room at the American Club
* Alec and I will be having brunch the next morning to recover from the festivities. Please feel free to come by and say hello or join us!
